Fix with Claude Code now available from more places in the CircleCI UI

The Fix with Claude Code option is now accessible from two additional surfaces. On the Pipelines page , click the wrench icon (🔧) on any failing workflow in the workflows list. Inside a failing workflow , click the Fix dropdown in the header toolbar.
