Memory in Claude Cowork, editable memory topics, and sensitive topics setting

Memory now works across chat and Cowork in the cloud, with remembered items listed as editable Topics under Settings > Memory. Sensitive topics such as health stay out of memory unless the user turns on Include sensitive topics in memory.
