Runtime-Validation Evidence in Scan Reports

Security scan reports now include recorded runtime-validation results and supporting artifacts for open and dismissed findings at every severity, with dismissed false positives summarized separately. The findings API exposes these results so integrations can distinguish recorded validation from missing information.
