Fivetran Transformations for dbt adds new dbt Core version support

Fivetran adds dbt Core 1.1.6 support for destinations including BigQuery, ClickHouse Cloud, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Redshift and Snowflake, plus 1.2.7 on a similar set. Other destinations lack adapters for these versions.
