Subscribing to the Gemini Enterprise Pay-as-you-go edition and accessing AI developer tools is available to all projects linked to an invoiced Cloud Billing account . Previously, only customers who received an email with the subject line [Billing Update] New Gemini Enterprise overage billing controls launching Aug 17, 2026 could access AI developer tools.
