Cost centers now support enterprise teams

Cost attribution across your enterprise can now follow your team structure. You can add enterprise teams as resources in a cost center, and all usage incurred by team members is attributed to that cost center.
Summaries of vendors' own notes. Product names and logos belong to their owners; logos via logo.dev.
