Users can now assign a user-assigned managed identity to individual databases in Azure SQL Database. This enables secure access to files in Azure Blob Storage and Data Lake Storage Gen2 via external tables and OPENROWSET.
Inference request metadata logging (GA)

Heroku has updated its stack base images to include security and bug fixes. The Heroku-22 stack is now deprecated and scheduled for end-of-life on April 30, 2027.
