Looker now includes a long polling concurrency guard

Looker now includes a long polling concurrency guard. This prevents issues where queries cause long poll requests that oversaturate Looker and cause Looker to freeze. If a query causes a long poll request, Looker will display the error message Query polling capacity reached. Please try again later.
