Redesigned Projects page

The Projects page has a new header and toolbar. The search field, Filter , and View are now below the page title, and Filter opens one searchable menu for all filters, with each one you apply shown as a chip you can remove. To see only your own projects or the ones shared with you, open the Owner filter and select yourself or Shared with me .
