Announcing: Microsoft Fabric Item Recovery will be enabled by default for tenants without an explicit setting

Starting August 23, 2026, Microsoft Fabric will enable Item Recovery by default for tenants that have not explicitly configured the setting. Supported item types will have a 3-day recovery window by default. Admins can review or change this setting in the
