HeatWave: Blue/Green Deployment

You can now use blue/green deployments to perform low-downtime upgrades and infrastructure changes for standalone DB systems. A blue/green deployment prepares and validates a green (target) DB system before switching client connections from the blue (source) DB system to the target DB system.
