FastConnect Enhancements

The OCI Networking service's FastConnect feature supports traffic draining for all private virtual circuits on FastConnect partner, FastConnect direct, and Oracle Interconnects. FastConnect minimum links, interface hold-timer, and Letter of Authorization (LOA) enhancements are available for all FastConnect direct cross-connects and cross-connect groups.
