- Scheduled delivery and alert emails now render in the recipient's locale , and owner-only notices (failed delivery, task errors, recipient limit) render in the schedule owner's locale. You can now let users switch their own user attribute value from the File menu on dashboards, workbooks, apps, reports, and the IDE.
