Deliveries & Alerts
- Fixed an issue where a user who could view a dashboard or workbook, but didn't have permission to schedule it, could still be made the owner of its delivery. This could happen through a schedule ownership transfer , a trash restore, or when creating a schedule on their behalf with an Organization API key.

Cloud Workload Security is now available in Beta
Cloud Workload Security (CWS) is now available in Beta. Apply policy controls to cloud API requests before they reach your cloud provider. Define policies with request filters and Rego checks. For example, block requests that would make an R2 bucket public. Use workloads and policy sets to target your cloud environments.

Send OpenTelemetry traces to Agent Observability, no SDK required
You can now send OpenTelemetry traces straight to Agent Observability, without the SDK. Administration
- When inviting users , you can now choose each invitee's role directly as External, Member, or Organization Admin. Inviting more than one Organization Admin at a time requires a confirmation before sending. Organization Admins can now allow specific users to sign in with an email link when SSO is required.
API
- Corrected the List documents and List folders API documentation to match the fields the endpoints actually return. No runtime behavior changed. Fixed an issue where the Create and Update connection environment APIs rejected environmentConnectionIds and userAttributeValues submitted as JSON arrays. Both endpoints now accept arrays.
Calculations
Fixed an issue where calculations with cross-tab lookups ( XLOOKUP , VLOOKUP , TLOOKUP ) created through the API could be incorrectly flagged as restricted when checking dashboard access, if swallow_errors wasn't set to match how the UI creates these calculations.
Content
- Dashboards and apps now have a separate Dashboard menu for Refresh , Refresh w/o cache , Stop queries , and Reset default filters , leaving View for display toggles like Performance and Full screen .
Dashboards
Moved the Edit , Move , and Delete actions in the dashboard builder's properties panel to the panel's menu.
Integrations
- For BigQuery connections, Omni now models tables sharded by date suffix (for example, Google Analytics 4's events_YYYYMMDD exports) as a single view using a wildcard table_name , instead of hiding them. The generated view includes a table_suffix_date dimension that lets you filter to specific date shards.
Modeling
- Added an ignored_props block to the Model viewing mode in the model IDE, which lists the properties a view, dimension, measure, or filter-only field hides from the layer below (such as a shared model or branch). You can delete a line from this block to show the inherited value again.
Visualization
- You can now set a layered chart legend to wrap or truncate long labels, scroll past its allotted space, and cap the number of entries it shows, instead of clipping labels at a fixed width.
