Improved proxy upgrade flow

You can now upgrade Dedicated ISP, ISP, Datacenter (per IP), and Dedicated Datacenter Proxy plans starting from just 5 IPs for ranges between 0 and 100 (previously 20-IP minimum requirement). The upgrade summary now also provides more details, including discount breakdowns and exact billing dates for easier scaling.
