Inspect individual Insights queries from the CLI

You can now show one query execution, summarize a query fingerprint, and list the traffic budgets that affect it. pscale insights queries samples --keyspace pscale insights queries show pscale insights queries summary --keyspace pscale insights queries traffic-budgets --keyspace queries show takes a sample ID.
