Improved user errors on the `fulfillmentOrderCancel` mutation

The fulfillmentOrderCancel mutation now returns a specific fulfillmentOrderCancelError type instead of the generic userError type. What's changing: The error response now includes a code field for easier programmatic error handling and identification.
