The Hydrogen developer preview adds new capabilities to the toolkit and extends the ways developers can build Shopify storefronts: Vue bindings: Build your storefront in Vue with the same Hydrogen APIs you know from React, through the new @shopify/hydrogen/vue entrypoint.
