SMS marketing consent now available on the CustomerPhoneNumber object

SMS marketing consent is now available through the new smsMarketingConsent field on the CustomerPhoneNumber object. This field uses the same structured consent model as WhatsApp. The existing flat SMS marketing consent fields on CustomerPhoneNumber remain available for backward compatibility but are now deprecated.
