Clone dynamic Iceberg tables (General availability)

You can now clone a dynamic Iceberg table to a new dynamic Iceberg table or to a Snowflake-managed Iceberg table. In addition, cloning a database or schema now includes any dynamic Iceberg tables it contains. Previously, dynamic Iceberg tables were silently skipped during database and schema clones.
