Envoy becomes default API gateway for self-hosted Supabase

Self-hosted Supabase will make Envoy the default API gateway, replacing Kong, starting the week of August 9, 2026. Users can opt back into Kong if they rely on its HTTPS listener, custom configuration, or service name.
