Inline Validation for Required CTAs

Description: We replaced the single CTA 'required' tooltip with per-input error messages and borders, so forms with multiple survey inputs now clearly show which specific fields are required. This makes validation much clearer and harder to miss. Where: G&S builder page -> add survey input -> make required Available in EUDC: Yes When: Available now
