Offline mode is now live in the React Native SDK

The React Native SDK now auto detects network status and reacts to network availability change. Instead of keep retrying and dropping events hitting max retry, the SDK persists and flushes them the moment the device reconnects. Why: This was a top ask and an active escalation risk.
