We’ve consolidated the Smarter Testing CLI experience under the CircleCI CLI. Please apply these changes by September 14, 2026. Local Installation Note: these steps apply to your local machine only. CI containers already have the CLI installed, so no install step is needed in your config. The testsuite is now managed as a CircleCI CLI extension.
