Android Gen2 Machine Executor Now Generally Available

Android gen2 resource classes are now generally available on CircleCI. Based on realistic workload benchmarking using the nowinandroid project, we found gen2 to be 47% faster than gen1 equivalents. Android gen2 resource classes are priced the same as other gen2 resource classes and are available for users on paid plans.
