Perplexity web search without your own API key

The Perplexity connector now offers a Managed by Lovable option for web search: connect with no Perplexity account or API key. Lovable charges each search to the workspace that owns the project, and the usage appears under Run credits. The managed option covers Perplexity's Search API.
