Use Firecrawl without a Firecrawl account

The Firecrawl connector now offers a Managed by Lovable option: connect with no Firecrawl account or API key. Requests through the managed connection use Firecrawl credits, which Lovable charges to the workspace that owns the project, and the usage appears under Run credits.
