Run Vitess MoveTables from the pscale CLI

You can now run Vitess MoveTables workflows from pscale with pscale branch vtctld move-tables . Use it to copy tables between keyspaces, watch copy and traffic state, switch replica then primary traffic, and complete or cancel the workflow. JSON output includes a helpful next_steps field with a suggested next command.
