Order editing new validations and handled `userErrors`

Order editing mutations now include additional validations. When these validations fail, the API returns relevant userErrors in the response. These changes apply to all supported API versions. Gift card amount limit Gift cards added with the orderEditAddVariant mutation are now subject to a maximum value limit.
