Making `fieldDefinitions` optional in `metaobjectDefinitionCreate`

Starting in April 2026, the fieldDefinitions input argument for the metaobjectDefinitionCreate mutation will become optional. This change means that developers will no longer be required to specify fieldDefinitions when creating a new metaobject definition.
