New purchaseType and recurringCycleLimit fields in the discounts API for discount UI extensions

You can now configure purchaseType and recurringCycleLimit for app discounts directly from discount UI extensions using the discounts plugin. Previously, these fields were only accessible through the GraphQL Admin API.
