WhatsApp marketing consent now available in the Admin API and Customer Account API

WhatsApp marketing consent can now be managed through both the Customer Account and Admin APIs. Use the customerWhatsAppMarketingConsentUpdate mutation to update a customer’s WhatsApp marketing consent status for their default phone number.
